18th National Trails Symposium Raffle
Rules and Regulations
1. No purchase is necessary in order to win. American Trails does request, however, a donation of $10.00 per entry to benefit American Trails and the National Trails Symposium. All proceeds of the event will go to benefit the aforementioned organization, a charitable, nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations for entry may be tax deductible.
2. Free entry tickets defeat the charitable purpose of the event and are not encouraged. However, one free entry per person can be obtained by presenting a handwritten request therefore, in person, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays from Thursday April 20th, 2006 and Friday October 13th, 2006 at the American Trail's address, listed below, and submitting, therewith a self-addressed, stamped return envelope for mailing of the entry ticket. Request for free entry tickets made after October 13th, 2006 or after 2,000 have been sold, will not be honored. Entry tickets in exchange for a $10.00 donation each can be obtained from any member of the American Trails Board or staff, from any participating point of purchase display stand & from other sources authorized by American Trails.
3. This event is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
4. Proceeds go to support the National Trails Symposium and to continue the work of American Trails.
